Spectator Service Centre (SSC) at MSS Security (South Africa)

Last week Spectator installed a Spectator Service Centre (SSC) at MSS Security in Malmesbury, Western Cape, South Africa.

MSS is a security company as well involved in physical guarding as monitoring services and has concluded a long-term agreement with Spectator to improve their efficiency, decrease costs and extend their existing customer service packages.

By installing the SSC, MSS has upgraded their existing monitoring centre with the state-of-the-art Spectator technology, not only for receiving traditional alarm signals, but also for video alarm verification, remote observation and services.
