Spectator spreads its wings across Latin America

sp-la

After its first steps in Mexico, Spectator’s expansion through Latin America is proceeding at a pace. August saw a start to negotiations with potential partners in Argentina, Brazil and Columbia to apply Spectator’s cutting-edge SYROS central monitoring station technology to the monitoring and virtual guarding of high risk assets across key vertical markets.

In Manizales, Caldas, Columbia and in coordination with the Colombian police, representatives from several vertical markets, including multiple retailers, were able to witness how, by using a simple internet connection the unique features of SYROS empower central monitoring station operators to identify incident locations using digital maps, to view the scene and verify the incident using streaming and high quality video; to intervene using bi-directional audio; to make observations inside and outside the secured object outside working hours; to exercise control over for example lighting, access, etc;  and, to be able to transfer the live incident information, (location, video, bi-directional audio and control) to police operations rooms in a safe and secure manner.

With the mission critical information SYROS can provide, the police can assess the level of threat to life and property and deliver a rapid low risk response.
