Collaboration with Bosch Security Systems

Spectator Video Technology, the Netherlands announces a collaboration with Bosch Security Systems, Germany regarding the licensing of Spectator’s Service Centers, based on state-of-the-art bidirectional Audio and Video Compression technology and highly secure point to multi-point Call Management Alarming & Video Monitoring.

Bosch and Spectator provided a year long proof of concept, conducted in partnership with a major German public sector client, which demonstrated that the embedded technology met the exacting specification of the client for functionality, quality, reliability and security, in empowering Central Monitoring Station operators in police command rooms to verify and evaluate alarm incidents by streaming video, before distribution through the chain of command according to protocol. In this way Bosch and Spectator will provide clients seeking video alarm verification with this advanced proven solution, playing its part in eliminating the call out of police and emergency services to false alarms, as well as improving the evaluation of and response to alarm situations, to enhance public safety and security.

Bosch and Spectator also start to cooperate in the roll-out of this Total Security Concept in the Middle East, using high quality Bosch products and systems within the Spectator video alarm verification, observation and a broad range of remote service applications for various vertical markets”.
